This will be a very special evening that will kick-off our annual camp. Our Special Guests will provide some great information.
FB 101 - Football 101 - On this first night of our camp we will provide an introduction to Football Basics, covering many aspects of the game ensuring that campers get the information necessary to get off to a good start for the next two days of camp.
Sat. July ?th and Sun. July ?th - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Lunch Provided)
Both Days: On the field and ready to go sharp at 9:00 AM. Former WVU WR and current Bishop Walsh Football Head Coach Mike Page will lead campers through a dynamic warm-up and flexibility session. Mike's skills will prepare players for the day's workout by providing them with the latest applications of football related training before they break out into position drills. Then campers are off to assigned coaches for position specific drills. At Noon, we will break for a deli-lunch that has been provided courtesy of the BOB EVANS RESTAURANT in Lavale, MD(special thanks to Tom Heid for his help). Following lunch we will resume with warm-ups and on-field drills until we finish our afternoon with competition/challenges in a fun team setting.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to spend time with former West Virginia Football players and current coaches. The Bishop Walsh Football Camp is open to players from anywhere-regardless of experience. We are hoping to provide young players with the best football camp for the money. It is our desire to better the community through unifying players and coaches from different teams all over the area at a single event that helps our young people have a chance at being successful.
